Some research shows the benefits of taking beetroot regularly, so this supplement has become a part of my diet. It tastes sweet, so sometimes I take it without a shell.

We take these to help with blood pressure and heart. They look beetroot coloured, so hope they are working! (Expensive if they do not!)

Not usually a big fan of supplements I can obtain from foods or pre-workout supplements.
These capsules however seem to have the bonus of acting as just that while making something I can’t stand the taste of possible to consume!
I do martial arts and jump rope regularly but have had some fatigue from an op. Consequently my fitness had taken a beating and I was easily winded and quick to tire.
Since taking just two capsules of these a few hours before a workout I’ve felt energised and my cardio game has come back. I definitely feel my cardio increased suddenly; swifter than it would have from just training alone.
Additionally, I feel it’s helped my circulation around certain private areas which is an added benefit I hadn’t even considered but, checking out the science behind nitric oxide, would check out.
They also come in a sexy black container if that’s important to you. Personally it’s not, but again an added bonus since it makes the kitchen top look slicker.
Really good. Wouldn’t hesitate to keep using this and other supplements from this brand.

I bought these to see whether they can help lower my blood pressure. Too soon to know yet. Two things to note that might be of help: the capsules are a little larger than standard capsules so some people might find them hard to swallow; the second thing is a bit more abstract – have you ever had something that tasted like a smell? Well, when I swallow these I get a taste that reminds me of a musty old room. However, they don’t actually have any particular smell.
