I burnt my hand on boiling milk and my hand was stuck to the pan, it instantly blistered and was agony. I put this item on as soon as it arrived, it provided instant relief for about 40 minutes then the throbbing started again, but it’s a great item. Now my hand has healed and I think the scar is not as bad as it might of been thanks to the soothing and smoothing action of this item.

Have used 2 of these so far as per the instructions on the package. Both have stuck to the burn and made it worse by having to pull it off taking yet more skin with it. Absolutely no good for burns, avoid these dressings.
