I bought these as a last resort after going to drs and told I had viral tonsillitis and to ride it out. I’d been having headaches, congestion, lethargy,muscle aches. These arrived and I took 2 and within a few hours my congestion had lifted massively (had really been struggling with thick, yellow mucus) and I felt like I had a little bit more energy! Really impressed!

For cold prevention, these tiny tablets are ideal, I take one a day, without fail, and very rarely catch a cold. If you forget to take them and your levels drop, you can actually catch a cold in that space! Price is okay, at just one per day. Take them!
