I don’t like these… it does open up the nostrils a bit, but is so uncomfortable, after a few nights I need to take a break from it as my inner nostrils get sore and raw. Wish there was something better on the market!

They are so soft they do mot really push out the nostrils and feel as if they will fall out.

use most of the time ive had breathing issues for years and they give me improved breathing during the day, at night im getting the best sleep ive had for years and dont have to use nasel sprays etc, normaly i would wake up several times per night with the airmax in i get 6 or 7 hrs undisturbed sleep. as soon as i remove them the difference is noticable, small are no use for me they are ok for a short time then come loose so i am using the medium and am going to try the sport version to check for difference.

I bought quite a few different types of nasal dilators. While all of them did the job of dilating my nostrils for going to sleep, they all fell out during the night. I need them for staying asleep as I wake up repeatedly if I’m breathing through my mouth, so they all defeated the purpose I needed them for. But these type are a far better at staying in all night through. They have the slightest bit of discomfort, but it is only felt when you actually touch the part of your nose where they touching. It took me a few weeks to find the best place to position them in my nose, for me getting them more into the tip of my nose than back into my nostril is the better place for them. I got them because one of my nostrils has a restricted airflow, not a deviated septum, just seems to have a fractionally smaller air passage and these open it up that little tiny bit to allow me to breathe through my nose while sleeping.

Bought this to try and help me breathe through my nose whilst sleeping.
When it was in, I certainly felt that I could breathe more easily through my nose.
However, it fell out pretty easily when I turned my head.

If you are looking for a device to stop snoring this is NOT it! Snoring happens in throat not nose. However nasal diletor does what is described in its name. It is very effective in spreading nostrils and improving air flow making breathing through your nose easier. It’s comfortable, it stays in my nose all night with tossing and turning. I use it with my sleep apnea machine and nasal mask. Ventilator is the only effective machine to stop snoring. I can say that with confidence after years of reaserch.
