Don’t devolve well

Been taking one mostly every day since January. Occasionally I forget but I noticed that I’m now at the end of May and I’ve not had a single Coldsore. These are a regular occurrence for me and I have every device, cream, remedy at the ready if they kick off but remarkably I’ve not had one in 4 months. Could be a coincidence, I very rarely get ill but I do get run down as I’ve got a busy job and don’t sleep great so I turn to these little beauties to keep me on form. Would be interested to know if anyone else found these useful for preventing coldsores or if its just wishful thinking.
