I bought this to try to help with my weight loss to stop snacking between meals. Its too early to comment if it worked for this purpose but i can comment on the product.
After reading the reviews i took onboard what was said and mixed mine with skimmed milk using my portable smoothy blender. Took around 30 seconds. Results are a very creamy milkshake like drink with no lumps or powder reside. Taste is amazing actually tastes like my Nesquik! Will buy again.

I ordered the vanilla 500g a few months back, and I can see I’m getting a lot more muscle mass – the taste was decent but I’ve just ordered the 1kg of salted caramel and it is simply delicious! 100% the best flavour I’ve tasted yet!

Mixed with milk instead of water and it was absolutely delicious. I blended it with an electric whisk because I read some reviews about it being lumpy an that. It came out perfect. Bought the 500 g bag just to try but will be getting regular subscription if larger one from now on.Thoroughly recommend.

First let me start by saying I’m a proper sugar addict. I literally can’t go a day without sugar – I love the sweet stuff, as to to speak. But this protein powder – the chocolate cookies one – blimey, it’s even too sweet for me and that’s saying something. It wasn’t bitty at all which was nice and it’s a good powder overall I’m just not a huge fan of the sweetness in this one. Maybe one of the other flavours would be better.
