As with anything going to be put in the ears there has to be a note of caution. So use with care.
Having said that, these are easy to use and flexible so feel more reassuring than maybe the usual cotton buds. They do an ok job for what they are designed for especially if you you tend to get a real ‘build up’ of wax. Once used the individual ends can be removed and cleaned ready for re use.

In conjunction with warm oil to soften the wax this tool dragged, initially, an obscene amount of black sticky wax out of my ear. Obviously currently it’s an ongoing thing as my ears are over producing wax and continually blocking up but each morning a noticeable amount of wax is ‘drilled’ out. Less than a poorly octopus (six quid), that is value for money!

I would have thought with something to do with going in your ear it would have a box or something to keep clean but if just came in a plastic bag
Where it clips the drill bit in it stratches your ear so it’s uncomfortable but sosrt from that yeah it’s ok

Tha base of the unit is a bit too large to enter the ear. Also the edges of the base are sharp. This with the twisting resulted in a sore and scab on the ear. I just feel the product doesn’t reach into the ear far enough. Maybe it’s just my ears. But overall vert disappointed.

I had another manufacturers version of this but somehow managed to lose them so I ordered this as a replacement.
OK, so this tool seems to work well. I had been putting olive oil into my ears for several days and I inserted the tool in my ear and twisted in a gentle manner. The wax came out in segments, I washed the tool between each twist and removed th residue. I can now hear much better than before.
I am happy with this ear wax removal tool and I recommend it but please be gentle, don’t force it in too far and keep clean.
