All in all they are great for kids. But didn’t help them sleep. Otherwise a good source of magnesium tho 🙂

Bought for my Neurotypical teen.
First thing I’d say is they hated the taste, bawked at the smell and was not impressed. They are very sensitive to texture and taste though.
2 tablets… not a bad night sleep from 4 hrs broken sleep to 11hr23…
1 tablet 6 hours broken sleep
They do work, but for an older child (almost 14) definitely need the 2.. just a struggle to get them to take it as it tastes ikky (according to them)
They are however worth a try!

Very large tablets but chewable not too bad I used these to help my daughter sleep but no longer needed anymore xx
