The boning / thick plastic inside is from the very edge on both sides. No matter where you place it on the nose (pics on product helps you see where it best) the boning / plastic pokes into your nose / face / skin. Tried to sleep for an hour and gave up. I ended up with actual cuts next to my nose. I tried everything to make them less like spikes by rolling the plaster and by placing some micropore tape over the edges (either side of the nose) but it’s like being poked with a knife. Do not recommend at all!!!

The price is right but the sticky adhesive can take your skin off when peeling it off in the morning!

The adhesive on my strips fall to hold after 4 maybe 5 hours but It could be my skin. I’ve followed guidance about washing and drying my nose to no avail.

Love a nasal strip but after a few nights the skin layers get pulled off and the strips don’t stay on and the skin gets a bit tender.
