Always check if it is safe to take these tablets with any prescription medication you are on.. I Only took 1 tablet and they made me violently ill for 3 days I’m still not well 5 days later 😕

Doctors told me there could be a chance of side effects after having my gall bladder removed, but never told me what I could do about it. So after suffering pain after eating for the last 3 years, especially at night. I read that taking purified bile salts may help.
I was somewhat sceptical about taking these, but they worked immediately. No more pain or bloating after eating 🙂 I find that taking two tablets shortly before my main (largest) meal of the day works best for me.
Might not work for everyone, but my advice is to give it a try (have a word with your GP, just to be on the safe side.
