I am 74 years old , I had a H.A. 23 years ago,which left me with heart failure. However I read about Q10 at that time,and have taken it ever since. I believe it has been beneficial to me. My cardiologist is ok with it.

Honestly, I have no idea if CoQ10 actually does what it claims. And I have no idea if the ingredients in these capsules are what they claim. These seem to be high quality at a (relatively) good price. If the answer to my first two questions is yes then these are definitely worth buying. If it is no then you could just eat a £20 note every four months and get the same result.

Well I’ve had a serious problem diagnosed 2 and a half years ago now and have tried all sorts of things but these do have a very noticeable effect on me in a good way too and well YES I can say I am feeling a lot better that I was before starting to take these pills just over 2 weeks ago now and do like them a lot I first noticed a difference within just a day from taking just 1 of them. NOW after about 8 months and still happily taking 1 a day just purchased my 3rd bottle of them so there thats a good recommendation from me about these pills . Wouldn’t start my day without 1. Thanks

The outcome for intended purpose was not achieved or useful 😕 cause of side effects is what I get concerned about eg headache,tiredness and lack of co-ordination not for me..

I ordered these in error and have only taken it for 2 days. I don’t the colour of the capsules in fact it put me off so much I was not going to take it. I am not sure that I want to take all the herbs. I normally only take the Q10 without the additives. However I am going to take them. It is a good price and no date they will be fine. It remains to be seen whether I will order them again
