It simply did not work: when I pressed the activation button, for heat, nothing happened.
I thought it might have been activated during transport, so I followed instructions for re-activation and tried again: nothing happened.
I did not have a chance to use it. It simply did not work! I want my money back!

I have blepharitus and need a heated eye mask at times. Wanted one to take with me while overseas recently. Sadly this one never really got hot…just slightly lukewarm. So…no good to me. Bit of waste of money.

This broke after less than 2 weeks. Seems it can’t be refunded or even replaced which is what I wanted, a replacement! Don’t buy this product. Concept is great product is defective.
The crystals don’t dissolve anymore and stay hard/cold the function is broken and less than 2 weeks old

What’s included…one eye gel reusable pad, one facial applicator pouch, one travel pouch and two single use eye wipes.
The eye pad comes as ready to use, so just click away with the metal disc within the gel, the pad heats up, place the gel pad into the applicator pouch and with the elasticated band fix arounf the head, sit back for 5 or 10 minutes and let the pad do it’s work. When finished massage around the eyes then wipe clean with the eye wipes. (That’s the easy bit).
To re-activate the eye pad back to it’s normal gel (it’s now gone to a crystalised state), it needs to be boiled in a pan of boiling water for several minutes. {I found this time comsuming and energy wasting). Allow to cool and then the process is ready to start the next time.
It’s a simple idea, but would be much better if after use the eye pad went back naturally to it’s gel state.
Would I reccommend? No. Personally I now wish I had gone for a microwavable eye pad, no fuss…just re-use when required.

Love this eye mask it’s so easy to use you just click the little the button inside the gel and it’s hot in no time better than having to use the microwave. There isn’t anything I dislike about this mask

Much better alternative to microwavable eye bags which have a limited life span and decay through use. Have used for many months now and still working fine. I like the fact that it turns off automatically after 30 minutes , allowing you to doze off without worry. Also outer sleeve is washable. and head strap is adjustable. Very good product.
