Normally used Curamed, (over three years) but price rises have made us seek alternatives.
First time using these. Arrived early June and waited until now to do a review so it’s more accurate. The person these are for, they have a number of health issues and are more at the end of the line in these health issues. They have arthritis and osteoarthritis and on daily morphine for serve pain. Due to compression of organs, they struggle to eat, to have an appetite and also struggle to go to the bathroom.
These tablets have not taken the edge off the pain (like curamed do) but they do help with appetite which is a great issue and they also help with regulating their bowel movements, which is another issue and these two issues cause pain as well as the above pain. So because it’s helped in these two areas, there is now no pain. So these tablets definitely help in these two areas.
The tablets are big and are coated with a very strong taste, which they struggle to swallow due to this taste of the tablet and makes them gag.
Price wise very good, helps in two areas which is also good. We didn’t expect all to go away or to be healed. We just need something to take the edge off all as much as possible. Would order more when these run out, but going to try another product first. Will do an update if needed.
Oh one more thing. On the bottle it says free second bottle. You go to the web-page and there is no claim for a free second bottle. So to me this is false advertising and that is wrong.

08/-8/2018 had to stop taking them, due to the powerful taste on the outer side of the tablet is so over powering for them, it’s making them gag etc. Shame. Others don’t seem to mind, so personal choice.

I can’t talk about the efficacy of the product, but if it’s anything like the efficacy of their marketing and product presentation then it will be superb.
I felt inspired to come here and praise them not 5 minutes after opening the box, and if there are any companies out there who want to learn how to efffectively market themselves in the 21st Century not just using social media, but by fostering a personalised customer interactive marketing strategy then buy one of their products, then follow the leads and go to their website of facebook page.
The product packaging (the box and the bottle) is simple and minimalistic, yet elegant, rather “IKEAesque” – which I suppose you might expect from a Northern European country.
The marketing and personalisation of the company is superb, it’s probably the best I’ve ever encountered and I’m pretty much immune to it being an old fogey who is sceptical (particularly of) social media nad marketing “tricks”, and being involved in online marketing myself.
Whoever is in charge of it needs a pay rise.
If they go to this much detail with their presentation and customer interaction them I’m sure the product will have had at least the same attention to detail too.

I have found that these give me intense stomach pains. In fact I had an appointment with my Oncologist because I thought my cancer had spread to my stomach, thankfully it hadn’t. However, he suggested that the problem I had was caused by the turmeric, I stopped taking it and the pain ceased, not convinced, I have on two or three occasions tried again and each time the same pain returns. So I will not take any more. I know that we all have different reactions to supplements and to drugs so this may not cause you any problems. My reason for this review is to make you aware of the possible effect.

I will not alter my original comment as I do think that people should be aware of the POSSIBILITY of intolerance. However, if you are swithering and not sure about trying, may I comment that the company has contacted me, enquired about my symptoms and has in fact issued a refund. I do think that this is above and beyond the call of duty, I doubt that a chemist outlet would give me a refund if I bought codeine and discovered an allergy, so I am very grateful for the generous and courteous way that my comment has been received. Probably worth a try if you don’t have a ‘funny’ gut! Thanks Aava Labs.

I’m always a bit suspicious about the claims made by some of these ‘alternative’ therapies, but I have to say these have really worked for me.
I was diagnosed with arthritis in both big toes about 6 years ago. and although it hasn’t been debilitating, over the past 12 months it did start to cause pain overnight and also when I play table tennis which I do competitively. Within 3 days of starting these, the pain had almost totally gone, and although I get the occasional niggle, I would say they have reduced the frequency and level of pain by 80-90%. I actually did an experiment where I stopped taking them for three weeks and although the pain stayed away for about two weeks, it started to return in week three. i’m now back on them and pain has diminished again. Don’t know if these will work for everyone, but they certainly have for me!

I do believe this is beneficial to easing joint pain. I have reordered. The firm is helpful and believe in their product. I started with taking two capsules but because of the severity of the pain I increase to six per day. I did notice a marked difference in the movements in my legs and a decrease in pain. I was supposed to have steroid injections in my knee but because of the improvement my doctor put it on hold until I see him in 10 weeks time. The only thing which concerns me about taking a high dosage is the sweet smell from your breath and it does linger. it is not unpleasant but I do not like it. I have reduced my capsules to two a day again. this now appears to work for me. If the pain gets bad again then obviously I will up the dosage for a short time.
