These were unexpectedly effective. I’ve had supplements in the past to try and improve my quality of life but they never worked. These capsules actually work for me.
The daily serving recommendation is 3 capsules, but I started off with 1 on the first day, 2 on the second day and 3 from the third day. They have a funny taste when you swallow them with water but it soon goes away.
The effect it has on me happens relatively quickly. In about 80-90 minutes I start to notice the relieving of my anxiety to a point it’s not been at in a long time. I’m not saying these are a magic cure but they certainly help with my day to day schedule. I worry less now and my family have noticed as I’m usually stressed out all the time due to coursework and my daily struggles.
The black pepper extract is said to increase your absorption so it works more efficiently and your body utilises the supplement better for longer and more noticeable effects.
I recommend these to anyone who needs to take a breath and get on with their days. They may not work for everyone, but I feel I’ve found what works for me.

These Vita Calm tablets are absolutely fantastic. I tend to struggle with managing stress, especially as I am in the middle of taking my finals at university. My aunt recommended these to me and they are absolutely brilliant. I normally take one with lunch and one with dinner and they are the only supplement I have taken that really work!

These are cheaper than other brands and are just as good. I remain very calm when I take them but not at all sleepy. Recommended.

I have been taking these twice daily for 6 days and they are bposting my confidence a little so far. The added bonus for me us the magnesium has almost completely removed all my leg swelling which is great. Peeing a lot more but my legs feel great. Due to steroids I retain water dreadfly. So far so good

These pills are very, very good. Despite my diagnosis I feel like these pills helped me so well. I’m Impressed & happy & I have a good feeling of wellbeing and an overall sane balanced mind. Was told I will never come off prescription meds for rest of my life, but I came off it. God is good I’m going to be ok, after years stuck & the suffering that came. I am now managing my mental health with the help of these pills. They pack a punch. I don’t currently need to take nothing else alongside these pills. That’s how good they are. I recommend taking two a day. Easier on the gut.
