These tablets are big to swallow but just break them up and not to bad. Ive badly broken my leg and have been looking up the best vitamins to help me out. These seem one of the best thats value for money and these absorb the calcium as where most calcium you have daily isnt absorbed. Also along side these vitamins I have orderd the tablet boron this seems a great thing to take also for fractures and health…look it up!

I have been taking these tablets for over a year now and definitely feel that they make a difference to my health. I’m 50+ now and use them to keep my bones strong. I got them on special offer and seemed great value for money. Not bitter taste but the calcium tablets are Quite big so you could break them in half and take them.

I have been taking these for over 2 years and swear by them, however the last box the white tablets stink bad of fish it’s so overpowering I think this maybe the last time I will get them and start looking for something else – it’s that bad!
