I absolutely love this stuff. It really does taste bitter when you first try it. But you get used to it really quickly and I now love it. I use about half a pipette after a meal. No longer do I need sweet to finish a meal, no more sugar cravings and a very settled belly.

I don’t know if they actually help with weight loss, but dropping these on your tongue when you are craving something sweet definitely helps to take the edge off the craving.

I haven’t taken it long enough I think to give an honest review. And I haven’t been able so far to take it three times a day, only once or twice. It tastes dreadful at first but you soon get used to the taste. I don’t think I have been so bloated as I have in the past, so that’s a plus. But so far it hasn’t taken the edge off my sweet tooth unfortunately. I will keep going with it though!

35 drops is too much considering the strong taste but it is a bitter helps digestion
