A little grainy compared to others I’ve tried but for the price it’s pretty good

MyProtein Creatine Monohydrate is a good product for those who want to enhance their athletic performance. As an athlete, I am always looking for ways to improve my strength and endurance, and this product has definitely helped me with that.
The powder dissolves easily in water and has no taste making it easy drink. I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels during my workouts, and I feel less fatigued afterwards. However, it’s important to note that adequate hydration is key when taking creatine. I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to ensure I’m properly hydrated. I take double the dose as recommended on the Huberman Lab podcast for people over a certain weight and believe I am seeing good results.

Great product first time I’ve bought this product however the bag states resealable however it is definitely not so I’m a bit worried it the product will go off please can can you reply is this product faulty ?

Overall great product: fast delivery, quickly dissolves with drinks.
However, as many previous buyers have mentioned, the packet’s sealing isn’t the best. For me, the seal does work but it seems very weak – I would recommend transfering the contents into a trusty container or bringing a spare plastic zipper bag just in case the seal decides to break.
On the first day of using the product, I also experienced slight stomach pain and blew a few clouds of gas. If you are new to creatine, I would recommend just sticking to 3g a day and not intake a lot of creatine for a faster loading phase.
Last thing to note, 3g is scientifically proven to offer optimum performance, don’t forcefully stick to 5g.

I’ve always bought my creatine for my protien either on amazon or on their site depending on price. Lately when I’ve been receiving them the powder clogs up the seal in the process of being delivered I take it. I just ran a knife or something thin through the seam where it would seal and it unclog the powder. Plus that like 0.5g of creatine you’d be missing if you didn’t unclog the seam.
