We’ve used this …my adult son and mysel ffor the last year I think …because it’s top quality and both my son and I are on unusual diets …my son is on Low glutamic acid vegetarian ( he eats only home grown eggs ). For his epilepsy and I am raw vegan 90 % so was looking for good quality B12 …even though know eggs have B12…It was really good until roughly a month ago my son started having allergic reactions to some veggies and fruit and tree pollen etc …and sadly he has reacted to the liquid B12…. So we will have to discontinue for now I just wanted to mention just in case anyone had same problem Many thanks for a brilliant product and hope will come back one day

I like the fact that its likuid, supposedly better absorbtion, but can’t comment if it actually makes any difference to how I feel….how would you know?….really??!!

I’m used to getting my B12 From Global Healing And The Quality That Comes With Dr Group.. But they are very expensive so I’ve been trying other Brands.. Overall I can say Nature Provides is also a very good brand and I’ve been using they’re products as a cheaper alternative although this product does feel very watered down in comparison.
Still I would recommend this product.. Great price for 60ml and a good product.

The product is very well packaged and easy to store in my fridge. It is coloured red, as far as I can tell tasteless and very easy to administer with the quality rubber/glass dropper. 2 squeezes and the job’s done. I have only given the product an overall rating of 4 stars because, as yet, I cannot vouch for it’s wellbeing properties etc but, I am very hopeful assuming it “does what it says on the bottle.” Why not give it a try?

Easy to take, no real taste or texture. Leave it under your tongue as long as you can.
I have a chronic blood disorder and B12 shots keep me healthy. Unfortunately this govt has destroyed our NHS so it’s hard to get regular shots on schedule unless you can find and pay for a private provider.
This sublingual liquid kept the worst symptoms at bay until I could get my shot. Id say that’s worth it!

After some private blood tests, I found out my Active B12 levels were deficient. NHS only tests for total B12 and not the active usable form, so the NHS refused to help me get my levels back up as my total B12 levels were the low end of ‘normal’. I have long covid and can’t travel anywhere to get private B12 injections which would have been best. Did some research and found this stuff, been taking it four months, it’s really easy to take and tasteless, and albeit very slowly seems to be bringing my Active B12 levels back up!

I bought this as a result of my reasearch about ridges on fingernails. It suggested that it my be symptom of lack of vitamine B12. So i tried. 3 week and it was right i suppose. Old nail didnt flatten but new growth are much nicer, flatter and shinier. But my energy levels also rose, as well as libido. A bit ????. Witch my be effect of improoved mood. Ill deffinitely continue to use it.
