These are lovely but so hard to pop out of the foil. I got these cos ive stopped vaping. I vaped for about 4 years n wanted to give up and these are amazing. I dont even think about vaping anymore. They are highly addictive though better for you and cheaper than vaping.

These lozenges have made me stop smoking even when drinking alcohol so they do their job very well.
Unfortunately they are as addictive as cigarettes so you simply move your addiction to these unless you are very organised and vigilant
Use with caution as for over 12 months now the flavour of mint has become tedious and I now need to quit these.

Sadly, the 204 packets weren’t in stock – I think many places are having supply issues maybe? These do the job, but they work out poor value for money.

These are a lifesaver after quiting the cigs (20 per day for 10 years)! BUT be very careful because they are just as addictive, I sometimes find myself sucking these like sweets and going over the recommended daily allowance. They’ve got me off the cigs but now I’ve got to wean off these… The taste doesn’t help as they taste nice. Maybe if they didn’t taste so nice then I’d be less likey to suck on them constantly.

I quit using a combination of gum, lozenges and patches. Started with strong and stepped the strength down gradually, Ignored the recommended amount at first if I’m honest and just took them as and when I needed to break my vaping habit…and within 2-3 months I’d quit. Not smoked for well over 3 years (thank you vape) and not vaped for over 10 months now thanks to these!
