We have been impressed with all our masks purchased. Bought these to put in the car so always got masks to hand. Masks do help. These are well made, strong and soft. Does the job. X

Got these for our trip to a very hot country 40/45°C When worn correct they don’t steam up sun glasses . Only had to be worn in shops and crowded areas.
They are quite cool when you breath unlike the cloth ones. They are super soft and you forget you have them on, I forgot and walked out the shop walked round it was only when we stopped in a cafe for lunch and went to drink some water I realised I still had it on when I didnt get a mouth of water i got the face mask!.
We tried a differant one from the airport you can sure tell the differance.
My boy pulled one apart to see how they were made he was interested in how they work and it defo does have all the layers it says.
Small enough for my 13 year old but he is taller then me! Will be ordering more.

These were purchased following the food reviews. The masks are thicker than others and feel premium, along with the NUUR branding. I would also say that the masks are bigger than we had used previously, which is ok for us.
However, we have found that 2-3 per pack either are missing the strip that moulds and holds the fabric over the nose in place. In addition, we’ve had a number with the ear string snap very quickly. There will always be some in any product but this seemed to have more issues than other brands we had purchased.
Possible a bad batch as the quality seems good.

I am buying this regularly now. Comfortable fit. The string snaps on maybe one out of 20 before you even wear it. Might be because its difficult to get one out of the bag without taking them all out to untangle but sometimes snaps anyway before or during putting it on.
Still does not stop glasses steaming up and not that easy to breath for long periods of time but that may be me.
Feels way better than other shop versions on fit and excellent price at the time of purchase.

I’ve now purchased 2 separate batches of these face masks for use on public transport travelling to and from work. I’ve just started this 2nd batch and noticed that the metal nose strips are made from a different material, with the 1st set the metal strip curved across my nose and kept the contour of my nose which stopped my glasses from steaming up, but this 2nd set the metal strip is made of a different material which is more springy and doesn’t stay curved across my nose causing my glasses to fog up. My sister also mentioned to my the same problem with the nose band on the different packets of 10 that i gave to her for her car to use when shopping. I’ll think twice before making another purchase, i might go and look for medical procedure face masks

Very good for the price I paid they aren’t the best ones but hopefully they will keep as much at bay as possible they feel quite comfortable as well

Delivered faster than expected given the current rush on masks. Arrived in a re-sealable bag which is pretty handy to keep the remaining ones clean and uncontaminated.
Fits well with soft elastic ear hooks that keep it snug but also have plenty of stretch in them to accomodate different sizes. I got mine for shopping so I can’t vouch for an all-day comfort level, but for popping in and out of a few places (plus a longer supermarket shop) the mask was plenty comfortable. As a permanent glasses wearer they did get steamed up of course – but a unless I choose a SCUBA helmet thats just life with lenses.
My only real quibble is the overall mask coverage. Although mouth and nose are plenty covered of course, as a bloke with an almost Alec Baldwin sized head, I would prefer a bit more material for greater face coverage. Though I admit I don’t know if this is an industry standard size or if other brands differ.
Overal great for popping out to shops and public places, and well priced compared to others here and elsewhere.

Buying good masks these days is a matter of luck. In this case they are advertised as: “Amazon PPE approved Supplier. Complies to the PPE-EN 149:2003+A1:2009 standard”, and this standard is specified on each packet.
These are PPE-type masks — designed to filter out bad stuff getting to you, and not ‘medical’ masks which are designed to keep YOUR bad stuff away from other people.
I’ve just started wearing them and they are comfortable for at least an hour (this is all I need them for), and are probably the best for not fogging my glasses, thanks to the steel over the nose which can be pressed into shape.
In the first pack of 10 that I opened, one of them was a dud — a broken ear loop. But the next packet that I opened for a check was fine, so I think that the quality is acceptable.
I placed my order a week ago for £24.99 — today they’re £19.99.
I’ll use up what I have left, and report back — but they seem fine at the moment.
UPDATE: (12 Sep) The first batch worked out fine, so I ordered another 100 in early August. I think I’ll stick with these — certainly for the time being.
