These are 2 a day easy to swallow capsules, so the tub will last for 2 months; I would think that should be enough time to judge whether they work for you or not. They are tasteless and odourless.
It doesn’t tell you exactly how to take these capsules on the tub, just to take 2 a day, so I Googled colostrum and it seems that you should take one in the morning half an hour before breakfast and another one at night at least 2 hours after your last meal. The morning ones are easy for me as I have to take my prescription Omeprazole half an hour before breakfast anyway, so I can take this at the same time; the night-time one may get forgotten now and again, I may have to get Alexa involved.
I’ve been taking LiveSpo for a few months and having really good results with those and, according to Google, the colostrum will help to boost their efficacy; they will work in synergy, so I’m looking forward to even better results now.

Been taking this for a month have not seen any difference
