I am reviewing after taking these for 14 days. Up until Tuesday this week, I had started on 1 a day. I started one a day to ease my body in, as there is high levels of caffeine & Taurine, like in energy drinks, and reviews said to be careful if you have tummy issues, or anxiety/mental health issues, which I have but im keen to try them.
Anyway, what I have noticed it gives me energy to move more, get things done I might struggle to be motivated to do, and less lethargic. With regard to weight loss, in 14 days I have lost 4lb. My only change in 2 weeks is starting a boxed cooking subscription, which measures precise portions so my evening meals are better, and controlled. My usual habits outside that are the same. Il.update after I start 2 pills a day.
I recommend it if you need help to move things along for you.

Personally I didn’t think they worked only made me unable to go to toilet and gained weight not lost it even with healthy diet and exercise

I’m on a diet, I’m taking 2 of these each morning. Is it these that are helping ???? or my protein journey? I don’t know. I do know I lost a stone in 29 days. Not for everyone. They are a large tablet. I’m on my 2nd month and still taking them.

Little edit now that I’ve been on this for about a month. So no appetite during the day, energy has now settled a bit, or I can just now control it! But the weight loss is real! And I’m still eating carbs so I can imagine if I was on full keto…
Little bundle of energy….that’s how I will call these pills!! Switched from my usual pill to this one as other was OOS. So started 2 days ago with just one in the morning to make the transition easier as I think this pill has more caffeine than the other…who am I kidding!! It’s packed with caffeine judging by my morning bouncing around!! Even before my coffee caffeine induced…..yeah you get the point there. Coffee is now for the taste only, pill is for my all day mamba moves!! And that’s with one pill only! Might book myself a few marathons when I take two bundle of energy a day!!! Mo has nothing on me ????
