It does exactly what it’s meant to – relaxes the area and allow for comfortable entry. It’s like a slip and slide that lasts for bloody hours.
The only downsides I’ve noticed is it can be too strong at numbing. I got robbed an orgasm feeling but gushed my absolute peachy self. The non numbing solution is just as good with the sensation.
Just remember with any numbing solutions, care must be taken as you can still injure yourself.

I used a alot of it to make sure the area would be relaxed, but unfortunately it didn’t work with me.
At least it lubricants well and leaves no smells
