First thing’s first, the reviews saying this has a horrible texture aren’t lying! It’s absolutely horrendous, like lumpy, gluey wallpaper paste that’s sandy and sticks to the roof of your mouth. Diluting it in water helps but it’s still grim! However, after just three doses it’s a godsend for healing an ongoing upset stomach after food poisoning and also helps IBS flares. I’ll always keep some handy, but will never look forward to taking it!

Quite a chalky drink but made a wealth of difference for my flares. Though not a cure for my issues it’s made some space to allow the painful flares to mellow out.

Did not feel any benefit, but probably did not try it for long enough. I found it hard to fit in around prescribed medication as you have to be careful when you take it.
