I use beta ecdysterone to increase muscle mass and strength. I take two capsules per day on an empty stomach. The first one in the morning, and the second 30-60 minutes pre-workout. Capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. It’s similar to turkesterone, which I have taken with some success.

Within a few days I felt like something was working. I felt a steady uptick of energy and noticed when I was cycling I had a lot more power. I had also started taking creatine at the time but I would definitely say it was these having the main effect. Also noticed improvements in the gym and improvements with libido/morning wood. At one point I actually stated to think these things could be laced with actual steroids. Only took for for a week or 2 then ended up flushing them because I started to worry about them effecting hormones negatively but I’m an overthinker. Ended up ordering more from another brand but I think this product is solid! The feedback speaks for itself.
