The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. It is made out of gelatine so won’t be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Beware as the product page currently mentions it being plant based which is a bit misleading with the gelatine. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your liver health – British made and 500mg in each 2 capsule daily serving.

Sounded promising for cleansing the liver and for general liver health, having taken the months supply at 2 capsules per day, ive not noticed any real differences, i hope they did something, no adverse effects, but wouldn’t get again as too pricey for not noticing any difference.

For £24.95, which was the price at time of writing, you get 60 capsules, with the recommended dosage being 2 a day, so you’ve got enough for a month’s supply.
They’re easy to swallow and I’ve not experienced any noticeable side effects so far.
They support liver function, but I find this hard to measure, so you have to trust that they’re doing as intended.
All in all, it’s a decent supplement, but could work out to be expensive.

I suffer from lactose intolerance which is generally upsetting the whole of my digestive system. I am staying away from dairy products, but unfortunately, milk is in so many products that it is sometimes very difficult for me to avoid it. I am finding that taking TUDCA is helpful for my problems, and it soothes the discomfort that my guts would suffer from otherwise. It hasn’t cured my lactose intolerance, but it is helping me to deal with it on a day-to-day basis.
This bottle has 60 tablets and, with the recommendation of taking two a day, will last for 30 days. As for the price, all quality TUDCA supplements cost about £30 for a month, so this one is a saving with a price of £ 19.48 at the time of writing this review.
The tablets are easy to swallow, and they do not have any unpleasant aftertaste, but when swallowing them they have an unpleasant taste, so I highly recommend taking them with plenty of water.
I am happy with this TUDCA supplement.

this has helped my digestion and helping my liver to clean up, I’m now on my second bottle and would happlily recommend taking this if you have a fatty liver.

I don’t have a gall bladder but I still get bilious attacks and indigestion so I wondered if this would help. I cannot say I have noticed much difference having used it daily for 3 weeks. No bad effects either but nothing to persuade me to spend a pound a day nearly on it.

I’ve taken liver salt supplements previously which gave me stomach cramps – I’ve not had any symptoms with this supplement.
Easy to swallow.
No strong taste or aftertaste.
