This helps my anxiety and as part of my relaxation before bed routine, also helps with back spasms I seem to be having them less and lower pain levels. Takes a few days of continued usage for full effect, I do take more than 70 mg a day if am having a bad day, of my own accord, not advised, and it also lowers my stress levels, takes about an hour to take effect really.

I have used CBD oil for a few years now for anxiety. This is a good high strength product which tastes lemony. It comes with a dropper and a spray top. I prefer the spray top but that’s just my preference. I got fed up with leaking vapes. This method is neat tidy and discreet and works almost as quick as a vape. No charging and filling vapes and no leaks. I would say it improves quality of sleep but does not make you drowsy or feel strange. It does gently relax you without making you lazy or clouding your thoughts. A very gentle medication but effective, especially when used regularly, helps to get you out of habitual stress reactions/makes them more manageable. I would say the long term effects are the greatest benefit more than the effects of a one off use. It has made me a calmer, more considerate driver in the city.

This CBD oil is the best I’ve tried yet.
I can feel it’s strong at the 70 mg dosage with the calming effects kicking in within 20 minutes. It’s a 2 month supply at 70 mg per day. Excellent for sleep too.

Impossible to use the spray without the oil getting all over the bottle and all over my fingers. Ended up decanting the oil into a dropper.

I’ve been researching CBD oil products for a while now. I’ve read lots of reviews and wanted give an honest review in return…. Everything depends on the proof of CBD purity and whether it has been lab batch tested. These products aren’t produced in the same way as Pharma product, so the quality can vary per batch. The proof of purity vs expense is what to look for. Many companies have different CBD extraction processes along with a wide price range. For this price, ‘Vitality’ (UK company) seems pretty good, but check your sell by dates. a few reviews stated ‘out of date’ stock (Amazons fault I think). To me, I couldn’t detect any harsh flavour (I used natural & lemon). As for effects of a months use: I had no respite from any pain. I have lower back and neck problems and this had no effect for me. The main successes was a restful night’s sleep and feeling somewhat calmed! I suffer from insomnia and after using this nightly I been enjoying a deep sound sleep. However, with my next order I will be trying out a lower dosage, I used 4800mg using 2x sprays as recommended. I regularly woke up the next morning with a headache resembling a hangover. This soon passed, but best to find a dosage suitable for your own tollerances.
For the price and purity, I would recommend this product, but keep an eye on Amazon’s pricing since it seems to wildly fluctuate no apparent reason. Don’t bother about the flavours, they seem to cost more and after all it’s an oil after all (CDB & cocconut), so it takes just tastes like a cheap olive oil. Most importantly, in this day and age, sleep well.
