I felt awake on my first day of taking it and it felt really weird as I’ve not felt this way in over a decade.
The issue that I have is the labelling. It isn’t 28mg unless you take two tablets at one time. I didn’t not find this out until I read that small book opening whilst scrolling through the page.
It should state 14mg tablets and not 28mg. It then should suggest taking two a day to receive 28mg.
The other part of the labelling should state if you take 1tablet per day, it’s 14mg and this can help ease you into taking iron as a supplement.
This is only my first day of using it, so I will be updating over time.
Moreover, I took the tablets at my most lethargic part of the day, and I instantly felt different.
I drank the tablets with 200-300ml of water

I do highly recommend any nutravita products. Almost all my supplements, starting from multivitamins, vitamin D, fish oil and much more are from this company and I am excited to try the iron supplements as I do suffer from low iron. Nutrivita provides great supplements for a fair price, and their customer service can also be easily reached.

Fed up with GP going on about my anaemia which I have had from when I was 3 (treated well abroad) and I am 60 now and treated in the UK since I was 9!!!! Prescription already on their desk before I even go in – pre-‘pandemic’, now they throw it to you in the car park as my old surgery were not seeing patients still – so changed to one that treats us all like human beings!!!!!! Found out that with the tons of iron pills and liquids they have given me for anaemia NONE of them would have been absorbed in to my system because you MUST have vitamin C to make the iron absorb in to your blood stream. Doc never ever covered that, when asked he said we only cover vitamins for 1/2 a day in med school!!!! So, if you buy these buy some high potency Vitamin C tablets and take together – it also means that you do not get constipation if you take it with Vit C……….another sign it is not being absorbed!!!!!! Cannot wait for my next blood test because old doctor was talking about having a blood transfusion – NO THANKS…….

I have been trying Nutravita products since Feb 2021 and this is new addition to my daily supplements now. These tablets are small and exact does what they say. Already recommended to one of my friends who is now Vegan and she is happy to order them as well. The bottle is small and easily fits in my bathroom cabinet. The price is cheaper as compared to leading high street brands and does the exact same job. I have been using them for more than a week and there is no problem. Happy customer !

I bought these for my husband as he has restless leg syndrome. One of the issues with rls is that you can be deficient in iron so I researched a number of iron products and ordered these. It has lessened his symptoms along with magnesium that I get him to take. It doesn’t take away the issues with RLS but it has helped.

Not a lot I can say about this product at the moment as I’ve only been on it for just under a week, but I would say that I’m not feeling as fatigued as I was prior.
What I can say is that nutrvita is definitely my go to company when ordering vitamins and supplements.
I have bought a variety of bits off them, Iron, magnesium, turmeric but my favourite is their Test booster Test max 2.0 , fantastic product for anyone like me who still likes to train hard whilst in my 50s and need just a little bit of a push in the gym but more so who need a little help with recovery after.
As an added extra nutrvitas customer service is second to none, always quick to respond and no question goes unanswered, throw in their special deals which at times gives you discounts well below a third of the price and you just cannot beat them.
