I felt tired all the tine even with lots of sleep and energy drinks. thought my iron was low so i got this and after 2 weeks of daily use, im feeling much more energised. The pills were a bit on the bigger side but other than that good product

I purchased these capsules because the reviews were amazing. I suffer with fatigue and I’m not Menopausal quite yet so I am unsure why I am tired all the time ????????‍♀️… it’s not a case of getting my bloods done either.

These are amazing and I felt the uplift straight away, I felt I could get on with my life finally. I then started having headaches because I take other vitamins which I’ve had to take a few days off them to find the culprit. I have also had to stop taking these ones due to Migraines. As soon as I stopped, the headaches and migraines did. So unfortunately I cannot keep taking them.

If you don’t suffer with them like me then give these a go, they truly are fabulous!!

I used the iron tablets when bleeding heavily and they seems to work. This is a great combination of iron, folic acid and vitamins.
The price is quite high. You only get 30 pills but it matched up with the quality.

I’m on my second box now. I take with injections of b12 everyday with these and folic acid. Originally bought for red blood cells yet contains b12 and folic acid.
Seen a slight change yet early days.
I’m no Gp yet I’d advise anyone who’s suffering with iron deficiency or lack of red blood cells or tiredness to give a go. It will not happen over night yet in time you’ll feel the change. X
Well worth the money. Also Amazon are great received the next day ty x

I bought this when I was 2 months pregnant in December 2018 to replace all of the pregnancy supplements I was already taking. It seemed like it had everything I needed and more!
First I thought it was great because I was feeling energetic and less tired at work.
In January 2019 I started getting extremely bad indigestion that disrupted my sleep for a couple weeks. And ultimately suffered a missed miscarriage that required surgery.
I then tried again and in April 2019 I was getting indigestion again after being a few weeks pregnant. I miscarried again.
Of course when you miscarry you wonder what you’ve done wrong. And you stress yourself silly…
I went to the doctor and got blood tests done. Everything came back “perfect” except my B12 levels were abnormally high so the doctor asked me if I was taking supplements and I said yes, and so she advised me to stop taking all supplements and come back for another blood test in 6 weeks.
I went back to being tired again as I am borderline anaemic anyway.

But I am pleased to report that I just had a positive pregnancy test today and I will return to my usual individual supplements. Perhaps my body didn’t need what this particular supplement provides, I guess there is such thing as overdose?

I am hoping that this pregnancy stays and I will be steering clear of this supplement…

I already have a 2 year old son so I don’t know what else to blame my miscarriages on so this is why I am writing this review. I just don’t want miscarriages to happen to anyone! Even just risking it is not worth it.

If you feel any weird stomach pains or indigestion – STOP TAKING IT IMMEDIATELY!

Please look after yourself and your body!

EDIT: And I just had more blood test done this week and been told all my levels are fine and I don’t require further tests. So here’s hoping for my rainbow baby!

EDIT 2: I had my rainbow in February 2020! good luck to everyone else ❤️
