Crazy that this has 10mg of Alpha Lipoic acid in it which will redistribute mercury around your system and have serious side effects if you have mercury amalgams in your teeth. Stay away from this product. Carelessly engineered.

Since i have been taking these as i am a regular drinker,my bowels and tummy have been much quieter and i suffer from an irritable bowel with diarrhoea,since taking these i have had much less diarrhoea and discomfort..passing more”normal” stooles,less gas aswell,they must be doing something good!..im ordering more..
