WOW, I have never used one of these before but after having nasal and sinus surgery I was told to use one twice a day. I was frightened to use it the first time but honestly it was great. Filled to line with cooled boiled water to temperature guage mark, added the saline and followed the instructions for use. It didn’t hurt even after surgery. It managed to remove all the blood clots and sinus discharge. Would definitely recommend. This product came the next day. Totally fantastic

Is very easy to use. I’m not used to it yet and find it uncomfortable to use, but definitely works as the relief you get afterwards is worth the discomfort. Will get used to it as it’s getting easier every time.

Ok! First time for everything, very unusual feeling but it does work well. The product comes with two different adapters so easy to choose what’s best for you. Instructions are on the side of the packaging so read before opening.
