Perfectly satisfied with the product exactly as I expected. Very useful as a nasal wash and also for mouth bath after tooth extraction and later as a throat gargle. Useful when traveling as small packets are perfect when considering packing.

The salt is absolutely fine. Doesn’t sting or anything so it’s just like neilmed or similar but really so frustrating how finicky it is to get a good opening to poor the salt out by hand. When you tear them open it’s tricky enough to tear away the piece but then the inner lining plastic is constricting the opening you made so you need to pry it open. It’s the only thing a customer needs to interact with and it falls way short. A simple packaging change and this is a 5 star product

The pot itself is really good but either have scissors permanently to hand in the bathroom or choose a different saline product as these are impossible to open.
