I read the leaflet and it said there had been one person who had experienced tachycardia (rapid heartbeat symptoms after taking these tablets) and as I have occasional tachycardia when stressed I won’t be taking them.

I have stubborn insomnia brought on by stress and worry, I have already tried valerian and hops which had limited effects, and even a prescribed sleeping pill only worked for a few nights then stopped working so I was amazed that right from taking the first tablet I was asleep within 15 minutes, and the effects do not wear off with continued use, I’m still taking a tablet at night a week later and I’m getting a full 8 hours sleep for the first time in a year! These Passion Flower tablets are the ultimate insomnia herb, you can also combine with valerian and hops if you are really struggling, however, be warned I tried this and it makes you feel groggy and very tired in the morning. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering from stress related insomnia.

Not quite as good as Natracalm which seems to be discontinued now, but if you get one of those days where you are on edge and feel prickly ( irritated like you are wearing a hair vest), then 2 of these tablets just take the edge of your mood without making you sleepy and have a better day. Its nice to have just a herbal remedy that works rather than having to have drugs.

Very good natural pills for easing sleep problems, if one pill is not enough then take two a deep sleep is achieved.
