If you suffer from migraines or frequent headaches, you’ll know there is a limit on how far drugs can help. If you headaches also have that awful hot feeling on you brow, you will find these offer a pleasant cooling effect. They are gel like and sit well on your brow or temple if you are reclining but would probably fall off if you walk around with them on. They don’t stick hard and are easy enough to remove.
I wouldn’t say they will cure a headache alone but they are very good for cooling your head.

/these work really well when i have a headache, they instantly ease the pain, you can remove for a few minutes and reapply and feels good again.

I got these for myself, an adult as I find the ones mean’t for adults are too big. These are an ideal size for me and do give instant relief. They don’t seem to stay on as well as I am used to however, no idea why as they seem very similar to previous ones I’ve bought and act in the same way. If they could improve adhesion I’d give this product 5 stars.

These little cooling patches are quite handy if you’ve got young kids. It replaces a cold damp towel for their forehead when they have a slight fever.
They are hygienically individually wrapped which makes some great for travelling you tear open the foil packets and remove the patch. The tacky side has a clear plastic cover to it which easily comes off in the video. I’ve tried to show how tacky it is it’s quite sticky, so will remain in place on the skin and will definitely not come off while sleeping.
When removing it, it’s a bit sticky, but doesn’t leave any residue behind. I’ve tried using it both at room temperature and after leaving it in the fridge for a few hours and although it’s better from the fridge it’s still works quite well at room temperature.
This is definitely going to go in my travel First Aid Kit and will definitely come in handy.

I ordered these to see how effective they are at relieving my headaches. It seems just getting them has helped because I haven’t had one since ordering them.
However having been on babysitting duty for a very cranky poorly 3 year old I found they were invaluable. Just telling her I had some magic plasters to help her feel better claimed her down and she said it felt nice when on her forehead. So for that purpose I can certainly vouch for them. I have now given all but one to her mum because when she was still poorly the next day she asked for one. While I suspect this could be partially down to her believing they were magic, I think they may have also helped her feel cooler.
As soon as I try them on myself when I have a headache I will update the review,

Cooling patches are my number one go to for a headache/migraine, so I’m happy to say these help.
