I ended up not finding them suitable for the painting I wanted to do but come in handy for the new bird bath!

I needed painting stones for the kids to paint. These seemed to be the best option when searching so purchased. The packaging was great, and we received 10 stones. The stones are a very good size, so very easy for little hands (4 year old took part in painting them too). They’re nice and smooth, and overall easy for task at hand.
Price- well I’m sure there are much cheaper options, but if you need pebbles quickly for the kids, these are great!

I have bought 2 lots of these. The first pack were great, good stones for painting. The second pack (10) one was broken in half and unable to use , and 3 were chipped badly but still able to paint. I suspect it may have been the delivery company not treating parcel with respect as it was dumped at my back door with no notification it was there, I have tried to complain but cannot get through. So first lot were great , second not so much, but I probably won’t buy again as same company will deliver.

Decent selection of Art Pebbles, yes I know I could have gone to the beach and picked a few up but we are in lockdown. Hopefully they are sustainably sourced.

Smaller rocks than expected but enough to paint for my 5 year old. I liked that there were a mix of colours (some white, brown and 3 black pebbles) so we were able to make some night designs.

Not much to say beyond they’re smooth stones of a good size and weight for small hands. The bag I received were all either dark brown or very dark with no stones of a light hue. Other bags might not be the same . . . you pay your money and you take pot luck.
The answer is obvious – whenever you walk by a stream or river or go to the seaside, find stones which suit YOUR needs. But if you want to avoid the glass pebble variety, these are good for rock painting and ideal starters for children.

I would say 3.5 stars out of 5 however i gave 4 stars because they are good value for money
