I use these regularly they do really help with bloating, gas and tummy pain.

Product arrived 2 days later than promised and was disappointed that the manufacturing date was 2019. I received 2 year old product with a short shelf life. As this is a tablet, I was expecting a fresher product.

Following major abdominal surgery I was advised to take these for deploying the gas that is pumped in to you. I never suffered any gas pain or issues, so it may have been down to these.
