A friend recommended these to me to help with hot flushes during the perimenopause. My flushes were fierce; particularly at night – so I was willing to give anything a go.
Took about 2 weeks for me to notice a difference, but it was a BIG difference!
I went from about 10 intense hot flushes a day to 2 or 3 much shorter ones; and night sweats stopped completely.
I can’t say with absolute certainty that the improvement is solely down to Menopace – I also started taking sage extract at the same time and of course it’s possible that the flushes abated naturally – but I’m having no ill effects, so I’d recommend trying them if your hot flushes are getting troublesome.

Been on these for almost 40days now and was sceptical. Within a couple of days night sweats were significantly reduced which was the biggest issue for me at that time and pushed me to look at a supplement. For a couple of days initially I had a muzzy head in the morning, but that wore off as quickly as it came. I have to say generally a much improved feeling of energy and general wellness since I have been taking them and I do think they are helping with my peri menopausal symptoms.

I’ve tried loads of tablet for menopause and this seems to help with moods and hot sweats etc so all good so far this is my second purchase.

I was determined to find a product that would put an end to the terrible nightly sweats that disturbed my sleep, and left my bed sheets soaked through or the day sweats that would stop my deodorant from working and my makeup sweating off my skin. I’d tried sage and alfalfa supplements and the menopace evening supplements and although these had an effect, it was very slight. I bought the daily support and gave them the month to start working. For me it did take a month to begin to feel the difference and after 2 months my sweats had stopped completely so, I was once again sleeping through the night. Of course I get hot but it’s regular hot, not sweaty, shiny, wet patches under my boobs and armpits hot! (As I had sage supplements left over I take those too, but whether they help I don’t know. )I have now just ordered my next 90 day box.
