I don’t eat enough and burn lots during the day working. I mix one of these for breakfast and one before bed to gain quickly. Full fat milk, 4 scoops in a blender and it’s still thinner than one scoop of serious mass and tastes better. Half a stone a month gained without eating fatty rubbish or huge servings.
Good for those who don’t want a gym body, just quickly get their weight up.

So I am a hard gainer and always trouble putting weight on, using this 3scoops in the morning and 1 after training at the gym I see really good results, I started training properly in may this year. Great taste if used with full cream milk for extra calories and I mix with a cheap version of the bullet blender. Very good for the price which usually lasts me just over a month.

The product is fantastic, really enjoying so far apart from the fact that there was no scoop included in my pack. Dug through the tub and wouldn’t seem to find it anywhere.

6ft, 13s 4lbs. Back training after a couple of years off with a shoulder injury, with hard training and strict change in diet this seems to be playing it’s part in the result.
My own opinion/feedback on other reviews I’ve read on this product before purchasing.
1. Taste. Leaves a powdery after taste but we don’t drink this for its taste, simply have a glass of water afterwards, if you want a good tasting shake then head down to the local fast food outlet.
2. Results. It’s not some magical overnight powder, if this is what you’re looking for then no protein shake will do that for you but I’m sure some dodgy backstreet gym will be able to assist you.
3. I had no issue with the condition it arrived in, assuming it’s stored in a warehouse somewhere, little dusty on the outside but container sealed tight and just like all protein powders you do have to play find the scoop when you first open it.
So far and with as I say a strict change in diet overall I would rate it 4/5.

Yup. You do bulk up lol with this. It worked for me and I’m a hard gainer.
I’d say it goes down easy if you drink it very cold or with ice.

Not the worst powder I’ve ever bought, flavour is not too bad but it does feel a little gritty in your throat. It’s not sickly at all which was a nice surprise and does mix well with either milk or water ( I use a mix of both). You can also use this in baking too, I use this to make protein cookies too which are great for snacking ???? hope this helps
