Very sceptical as I’ve tried all sorts for painful osteo arthritis in my knees but it really helps. I haven’t used any pain killing gels since this arrived and as a bonus it’s stopped my ‘ restless legs’ at night so I’m sleeping better as well. Recommend it to anyone to give it a try.
