I have only used it twice so can’t really judge it at the moment, it seems to be working although still very itchy. Smell is very nasty

Not a good smell, but a good job. In my first wash I saw the difference. I recommend

Smells OK for a medicinal shampoo, not found it effective in treating my psoriasis, but haven’t found anything that works yet. Hair did feel clean after use but struggled to get a lather

Top notch

No doubt it stops the itching but it does have a strong smell.
It reminds me of kippers!!
If you can put up with that then it’s the shampoo for you.

I’ve tried all sorts of shampoos but this actually works

I have been an Alphosyl user for decades but it seems to be getting harder to find and has neraly trippled in price when you can find it. This led me to try this product and I can honestly say for me, it works just as well for a fraction of the price. The only downside is the aroma – definately a strong odour of pine tar and something you need to get used to. Having said that, it seems to be really kind to your hair and leaves it clean and soft. I’ve bought a second bottle and have been using it for a month now, washing every other day. Not itching and no flaking so I have no reason to go back to my old and very expensive shampoo.
