I don’t want to get my hopes up, but I haven’t had a bout of gout since taking these supplements – 6 months now. I take these every day and 100mg of Allopurinol every other day.

I had been suffering from repeated periods of gout and unfortunately I am unable to take too much of the recognised gout treatment on the NHS. Someone recommended Montmorency Cherry extract as a suitable remedy to try and I have to say that it has really worked for me. I rarely get flare ups of gout since taking the capsules and when I do they are very minor. I have recommended them to friends and would say that if you are having problems with Gout then these capsules worked for me and you should give them a go.

Got these to help with my sleep – I’m 53, nuf said.
I do seem to be able to get to sleep more quickly and go back to sleep once I’ve woken in the night, but the real game changer is that I have absolutely no aches and pains at all, even after a 5 miler in wellies with the dog!
Definitely recommend for aches and pains.

Excellent these do work I have problem with thumb joint after taking these for a couple of days the pain goes have been taking for many years now,
