This cbd oil is amazing! Easy to use, and unlike others really does get to work quickly and I have found it to be the most effective cbd oil I’ve taken to date. I tend to take 2 sprays in morning to help with concentration and 4 in the evening to help aid my sleep. It’s worked miracles for me and I’ve tried quite a few brands which I have found less effective or need more dosage in order to work. I’m very glad I’ve found fourfive as their range is second to none. I use this along with their topicals to aid with muscular and joint recovery.

As I’ve not taken CBD previously I wanted to try this CBD spray flavourless in a 30ml clear bottle but knowing very little about CBD I decided to research it first to see if it was suitable for me.
This fourfive CBD oil spray product is nicely packaged and this one has a broad spectrum CBD oil with 0% THC guaranteed by batch testing. It contains 1000mg of high quality CBD extract presumably from hemp.
In an article I read by Harvard Medical School the researchers identified 139 medications that may be affected by cannabinoids. This list was further narrowed to 57 medications, for which altered concentration can be dangerous. The list contains a variety of drugs from heart medications to antibiotics, although not all the drugs on the list may be affected by CBD-only products (some are only affected by THC).
The findings suggest potentially serious drug interactions with CBD included:
* a common blood thinner, warfarin
* a heart rhythm medication, amiodarone
* a thyroid medication, levothyroxine
* several medications for seizure, including clobazam, lamotrigine, and valproate.
This caught my attention as I was diagnosed with Thyroid Papillary Cancer last year and in the summer had a hemi-thyroidectomy which essentially means I had half of my thyroid removed. Following the operation I now suffer hypothyroidism and now need to take a call levothyroxine, a thyroid hormone replacement medicine on a daily basis.
I was really looking forward to trying this CBD product to help with my insomnia and anxiety however for me personally it’s obviously unwise in case of a possible drug interaction.
That said I hope this insight to CBD proves helpful to others.

I was told about fourfive CBD over a year ago now.
I started taking it for joint/knee pain and it has helped the aches and pain of sports and and how I generally feel on a day to day basis.
The product it has also helped my rest, recover and sleep, allowing me to wake up feeling ready for the day with a good and positive ‘head space’.
This is my 3rd repeat order.

Have used many CBD products over the last 2 years and fourfive has been the most effective by far. I struggle with nerve issues from my back into my legs after I play golf and when I keep topped up with fourfive its never an issue. The 1000mg has worked out to be the most effective for me.

Recommended dosage: 70mg per day.
One spray = 0.12ml / 4.1mg CBD. Every bottle is enough for approximately 240 sprays. One or two sprays under tongue, leave for sixty seconds before swallowing to achie.

I can tell the difference when using them! I now never miss a day. They help to reduce my inflammation and anxiety. I have tried almost every kind of treatment, but those drops do a trick.
I wish I knew about this years ago. I actually feel alive!

I’m absolutely in love with fourfive. I’ve tried loadw CBD products over the years but this has worked the best for me. Theres not strong or unpleasant flavour and it’s really helped with my anxiety and sleep pattern.

I’ve really been struggling with my sleep over the past few years and I have been taking sleeping tablets for the last few months. I knew what it was doing to my body so I needed to find something more natural. After hearing about cbd and reading reviews on it, I didn’t quite believe it would help but thought I would give it a try anyway. This is stuff is no joke, it really works!!! Worth every cent!
