Bought this for my partner, who is a long time hay fever sufferer. This machine has definitely changed their life. The sleep mode is quiet yet effective, however the main two speeds are amazing at completely clearing out a room, even allowing us to schedule it to be turned on and off at different points in the day. If you’re a hay fever sufferer and considering making this purchase, stop waiting and do it!
Although I am considering how this model compares to the larger one.

I bought 2 air purifiers back in February this year. The air purifier itself is good and looks stylish too. However, there’s a BIG problem. I cannot get any filter replacements for my two devices. I don’t mean a particular colour filter replacements, I mean ALL filter replacements for this model and from this company.
I contacted the seller a few days ago and asked them if there were any (I mean any types filters as long as it is compatible to this model) filters I could buy. The red lights on both devices are constantly flashing, indicating filter needs to be replaced ASAP. However the seller replied to me and said due to Covid in China, many factories closed down and they had no idea when would the filter replacements be available.
So without the filter replacements, my two air purifiers sitting in my house are basically uselessness now. This situation is a bit like the seller sold me a car, but after the tyres of my car have worn out, there’s no compatible tryes to replace the old ones and my car now is completely useless to me. Just what’s the point?
What makes me more frustrated is, Amazon allows the seller to continue to sell this product here, knowing that there won’t be any filter replacements available any time soon. If you read the Q&A, some customers who have bought the air purifiers already expressed their concern and frustrations about how difficult it was to buy the filter replacements and advise others not to purchase this product.
If I had known it would be such a challenge to get the filter replacements, I’d have never bought one, let alone two air purifiers from this company.

We had this to help with my daughters hayfever. Within 2 days the redness to her eyes reduced and her symptoms were more manageable.
My husband has also found it good for his dust allergy.
The wifi connection to an app and timer and sleep mode settings are amazing. We have it on automatic run for a few hours every day now. Or you can stop from your phone without leaving your seat.

We bought this to go in our living room. My daughter and son both suffer from allergies and my son has quite bad asthma. Our living room is always filled with dust so we decided to get this air purifier to see if it would help keep the dust and other allergens to a minimum in our living room.
This particular air purifier from Proscenic appealed to me because it has an app which lets you control the machine.
Setup was a doddle. Please everyone remember to remove the bag from the filter otherwise it will be loud and not affective at all. Once I had removed the bag I began to set up the app. Just make sure the matching is plugged in and follow the on screen prompts to set it up, took me around 5 minutes from unboxing to have it up and running.
The app has some great features and it’s really really easy to use.
Overall we are delighted at the performance of this Proscenic Air Purifier. The fan noise is low enough not to disturb us, obviously on the highest fan setting you are going to get some noise but it’s not over powering.
So to sum this Proscenic Air Purifier up I would say it is most definitely worth the money, it’s works great, looks great and the App works great to making this a nice modern addition to the house.

We have two Proscenic A8s and an A9 – they’re both excellent devices, albeit the filters are rarely in stock.
For some reason, in this model, A8 SE, they have removed the air quality sensor. I bought two for my mum, and didn’t realise this. So the purifier needs to be manually set. Really annoying and inexplicable downgrade from the better, older model.
Edit: Well I’ve never had better service from a company. Proscenic reached out to me on the strength of this review and helped me with the issues I have. They didn’t ask for anything in return, and didn’t ask me to update my review like some less reputable companies might have. I’ve never experienced anything like it, recommend this company very highly indeed!
My view of the product is the same, but my view of Proscenic has increased immeasurably – they are great.

Love it, watching the dust get sucked in

I was looking for an inexpensive air purifier that can handle a few rooms. I have found it in A9. I was checking the previous model which seems similar but smaller – might get if for the bedroom. T
This one is bigger, great for big living rooms or open spaces. Easy to assemble – just take off the plastic from inside and outside, get the app and it is ready.
The app is good, great as a remote or to check your air quality – by the way, amazing feature to see how the air in your house changes. The only downside is the programmable features – whenever it is on via the programme, any manual change will erase the timer, so if you have it set to 8h and you changed it manually it will not shut down after that 8 h. But still, you can easily turn it off via app.
The functions – the sleep mode and 1st mode – you can nearly hear them, 2nd – low noise, regular computer fan, 3rd and 4th – quite loud if you are next to it. Depending on your air quality, mine always is on 1st – you don’t even know that it is on.
Overall, amazing, for the price, really worth it.
