Having chronic migraine it’s hard to know if all the tools in your kit are helping or not sometimes but defo seen a relief when I’m using this even if it’s a distraction from the pain. Using as preventative on low pain days seem to be good too! Fingers x’d it’s another option to take!!

I am a chronic migraine sufferer. I have had migraines for around 20+ years and on average I spend 5-7 days of every week with migraine. I have been using the 20 minute preventative setting every night since I got this on Sunday morning (4 nights in total) and while some would say it’s too early to tell, but for myself who spends most of my life with migraine and still working full time, having 4 days of no migraine or very minimal pain is unheard of for me. Im not keen on the sensation, but I also have a lump on my head from an old concussion so that doesn’t help. There are also 40 different strengths so there should be a comfortable setting for everyone. I definitely think this works so far. I can’t comment on the treatment setting yet, as I haven’t had a full blown migraine to test that out since using this. I also got this for half the price at £67 and would say, if you really suffer from debilitating migraines, this is absolutely worth a go! So far I am very pleased. I have only charged it once and it’s still going 4 days later.

MADE HEADACHES WORSE

This really works for me, I’ve relied on sumatriptan for years but I thought I’d give this a go. Its rechargeable and has won industry standard awards. It has taken away or greatly reduced migraines for me, I have to use a high setting. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because the pads are not very sticky… my mother and sister have tens machines and the pads on theirs are massively more sticky. My Mynd ones almost from the start began curling up at either end which disconnects the electrodes to a big extent. I’ve tried a light coat of water, and a proprietary solution supposed to aid pads stick, but neither worked. In the end I used tape to hold down either end on my head, which looks insane but does actually work. Better pads please TensCare! Then no problem five stars.
