Cheaper than elsewhere. However, I did not feel any benefit from these tablets.

My favourite calcium magnesium supplement though it can be a bit difficult to swallow since the tablets are big. A family member used these for several months when an old shoulder injury started acting up and the pain went away. I use these if I get leg cramps at night and the cramps stop. The tablets also seem to help my body relax and sleep better so I recommend taking them at night.
EDIT: Edited to 5 star rating after realising that these tablets now have a smooth coating so they are easier to swallow. (I buy in bulk and hadn’t realised that I had reviewed based on a previous batch. These ones are just as good as the previous ones but now have a nice coating.)

I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis after falling and being left with a wedge fracture in my back.. I don’t eat enough dairy as I don’t like milk on it’s own. I saw these and read the reviews. I have only been taking them a week I have arthritis in my wrist and ankle too ! I will see how I go but must be giving me more calcium. They are far too big to swallow whole I have to break mine in half and they are still a bit on the large side … I wish I had taken them years ago ????..

This product is the 1st product my mum can vouch that it WORKS! She has severe rheumatoid arthritis and it really helped with the pain on her bones. Amazing! Because all the other products didn’t really help as much.
