I have never had a pill swallowing problem but I am struggling to get this pill down. It’s huge ! Even after swallowing I get the feeling the pill is lodged somewhere in my throat. It’s an expensive product so will somehow finish this bottle but will not be buying again. Sorry.

Used as an osteoporosis all in one supplement. Has all the key vitamins and minerals needed and I like the fact that the calcium is plant based not rock based.

Been using Naturelo for years without issues, unlike other supplement companies I tried.
These pills are the same size as any other supplement capsules, you can also open the capsule and put the powder into your food.
Never had any problems.

Too big and u need four yes four a day so not economical ,v pricey and not easy to take
