I work in server rooms for long periods of time and end up with dry sore eyes due to the air conditioning in those places, these have stopped the issue of dry eyes when I use these before , during and after, as with any eye drops the drops go down your throat about 30 mins after you apply to your eyes, these ones taste particularly bad but do the job they intended for
