At the end of the day, this is a laxative and worked as one. I did have cramps and it did clear me out. One did a bit of something, two were more effective but with two you need to be prepared and able to go a few times in the morning until you are empty!

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to for anyone that struggles with constipation ! It is the best thing to help relieve the symptoms. I definitely recommend taking this product! 10/10

So right off the bat, these do exactly what is says on the tin. That being said, the best way I can think to describe them is “these things are gnarly”. There’s no magic formula, they’re essentially just very powerful laxatives, and if you’ve ever taken laxatives before then you’ll know what to expect (i.e. that’s probably not just a fart that you’ve got brewing). The bottle days to “take 1-2 tablets before bed”, but I’d strongly recommend starting with just 1 tablet and see how well that works for you. My first dose (2 tablets) was still working two days later, and I can’t see how needing to put yourself through this for 15 days would be needed, unless you’re John Wayne and have 20 pounds of compacted steak fermenting inside of you. They’ll no doubt affect everyone slightly differently, but beware if you’re planning an extended trip outside of the house anytime within 48 hours of your last dose.

Didn’t lose any weight but I did notice less bloating. I’d been constipated for months and this for me regular again. Be warned though the first three days you will need to have a loo near by. Because you’ll be explosive lol

I started taking the supplement Sunday night and the cleaning results started Monday late morning.

I took 2 capsules as instructed every night for 3 consecutive nights. Woke up around 3 am, 4 am and 5 am to poo. It’s loose stools and cramps are really painful. Throughout the day it gives you lose stools and it’s unpredictable. Just couldn’t continue as I had to get back to work.

I have tried all different brands. However this tops them all! yes a slight discomfort but nothing extreme and this was after taking 2 capsules for the 15 days. Curbs appetite, lost a small amount of weight but most importantly I feel so much better having more energy and feeling cleaner from within . I just wish that you could carry on taking them after the 15 days! Love them and will definitely be taking again after the 6 week break. Thank you so much x x

I had to take the pills and then eat to see it work, but it does put you in a sense of uncomfort, as it does cause cramping
