I bought this as an alternative to the prescription tablets I’ve been taking for my migraines as i am cautious about consuming too many. For the most part this stick does give a feeling of relief for a while. However, it does not last very long and is not as effective as taking triptan. However, i did not expect it to act the same and has been very welcome in easing the occasional headaches i get. Much better in my opinion than taking over the counter tablets every time.

Good drug-free alternative for headaches/migraines. Doesn’t remove pain entirely but the cooling effect on the forehead helps. It’s a small packet but lasts a long time and has a pleasant minty scent. Just be careful not to get it near your eyes!

Excellent product. I think I first found 4head in a bargain store so wasn’t really expecting it to work.
It actually work’s incredible well and I always have a couple around the house.
Is especially effective for eyestrain headache and mild to moderate tension headache, you think nothing is happening then it really begins to warm up. Really good.
