Unfortunately I didn’t find the product to be effective and found no benefit. I can only speak to my experience – it it works for other people then that’s great, but it didn’t for me.
My biggest issue however is that it contains shellfish – something that is not mentioned anywhere on the listing and I only noticed on the bottle in small print after a month of using. If this was made at all clear I would not have purchased or much less used the stuff.
Providing proof of purchase etc was not enough for a refund, the seller insists that the half empty bottle – with no resale value – be returned. Maybe I was naive for thinking there would be a hassle free “money back guarantee” that didn’t require me to travel and take time out of my day to return an item that was misleadingly sold.
Unfortunately a waste of £28. The advert on Instagram was good marketing though. Smelled nice as well.

Good for general redness, and as a light moisturiser/primer. But does absolutely nothing for my acne! Won’t be re buying

My poor teenage son spent a £100 of his hard earned money to buy this stuff. He used it religiously for a long period and even invested in all of the upsell products like face masks etc. Not only didn’t it work it in fact made his acne worse! He’s tried to claim some money back but to no avail. Rather than offer a refund or a gesture anyway they just imply through questions that it’s a user error not their product failing. Very disappointing. Of course it might work for others but definitely not for us.

It smells lovely, absorbs quickly and feels nice. It does make skin feel oily after a while. I’ve not had a dramatic change to my skin, it’s hard to say if this does what it says.

I’ve only been using this a week but so far so good. It seems to have calmed down my breakout and nothing has come up since. Absorbs easily and lovely smell, going to investigate the mask too.
Will update after the 2 week mark but like it so far.

I have tried so many spot treatments over the years, most dry my skin out too much and leaves it flaky. This serum feels soothing as you apply it and speeds up the healing of spots dramatically without drying. My skin just feels comfortable and smooth. It’s just amazing and I won’t stop buying it, ever, I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Not sure about this product. Not as good as the adverts lead you to believe. Took redness out of spots …. cheaper products have done this before though. Redness returned after we stopped using. So, our conclusion is to buy anything from the chemist for under £5.00 that will reduce the inflammation.
